TOS

General Disclaimers

- I have the right to refuse any commissions.
- Unprofessional/socially unacceptable behavior will result in cancellation.
-Read carefully and if you have any concerns regarding the TOS contact me

Payment & Fees

-For Flat Color and Renders; half of the total payment is required upfront.
-Sketches require Full Payment
-Payment is via PayPal or Cash App USD.
-Cost might vary based on commission complexity.

Process & Work Schedule

- Do what you prefer!! Contact me via Discord
OR fill out the commission form and wait for me to contact you
- Provide multiple clear reference images
-If the comm is a flat color or Render, the sketch will be sent for approval before continuing.
- Work-in-progress updates will be sent via discord or email.
- Sketches and WIPs will be low-res and watermarked.
- I aim to complete commissions on time but may face delays. I will inform you of any issues.

Revisions

- Few major and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase.
- No revisions are allowed in the coloring/rendering stage.
- Excessive revisions will prompt additional fees.
- Revisions due to my mistakes are free.
- I will decide what counts as minor and major revisions.

Copyright & Usage Policy

- Do not use my art in anything AI related
- I retain the rights to my art
- I can post the artwork on social media and stream or record its creation.
- Characters or brands in the work remain copyrighted to their owners.
-No commercial use of my art
-The final product is for personal use only

You May

- Print for personal use.
- Crop/resize the image for avatars, headers, thumbnails, etc.
- Use the artwork for study reference.
- Post the artwork on social media .
- Color my sketches

You May NOT

- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Alter the artwork outside of allowed uses.
- Use the work in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI technologies.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing rights.

Cancellation and Refunds

- No refunds after final sketch approval.
-If I cancel your commission you will receive a full refund

Commission Information

Estimated delivery time will depend on how much the client asks for. I.e. The more characters requested in the drawing, and or Background requests will increase waittime.. At most it would will be 7-10 days.ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS:
Any additional characters cost 50% of the original price for one character.POSES/BACKGROUNDS:
Complicated backgrounds or poses, will increase the price and time spent on the commission.
For complicated poses and backgrounds it’s $6 to $10 more.
(Not doing complicated backgrounds right now though sorry!)COMPLEX DESIGNS
I can refuse complex character designs. If I accept, there will be an extra $5-10 charge based on the design's complexity according to my criteria.
